		Your rock essay will be a page of a family album entitled It's a Hard Rock Life.

• Your essay must be written in the first person and should contain at least two to three paragraphs. • The introductory paragraph should explain how your rock person was formed. Be scientifically correct. • Use information about the rock cycle and the three types of rock. • In the following paragraphs be creative. Tell about your early years, likes, dislikes, hobbies, and strengths.

	BONUS: For extra credit have your rock person come from the Saugus Iron Works.


		Now that your autobiography is completed, it is time to create a three dimensional (3-D) rock person. Select a rock that has some of the characteristics of your rock person. Add features such as eyes, nose, mouth, hair and clothing that fit the characteristics. HAVE FUN!
