Tensions Run Over: Boston Massacre Mock Trial

Note: Depositions, or pre-trial statements, from each witness (both prosecution and defense) will be included in this lesson activity. Students will base their questions, and responses, from the actual depositions.

After the Mock Trial, students will be given the actual transcript of the trial to review the strategies of the attorneys and to compare their own strategy for the Mock Trial.
