Step 1: Get together with your partner.

Step 2: Go online to Ms. Ricciardone’s Virtual Field Trip Website: “Living Side by Side: Did the Native American Indians and the Colonists Make Good Neighbors?”

Step 3: Carefully read the “Introduction”.

Step 4:  Click on “Explore the Past”.

“Imagine you are a Native American Indian child. Your father has just died in battle during King Philip’s War and your mother has died of small pox. You are only eight years old, but suddenly you find yourself on your own.
